FAQ

Questions worth asking

Can't find your question? Write to us.

Do I need to install anything?

No. MotoX runs in the browser — on a computer, tablet or phone.

Is my data separate from other workshops?

Yes. Every workshop has its own space, users and data. Other workshops cannot see it.

What happens when I reach the Free plan limit?

You cannot add more records, but your existing data stays. You can move to a higher plan at any time.

Are SMS messages included?

Not on the Free plan. Early Adopter and Enterprise can send SMS notifications to clients.

Which documents can I generate?

A vehicle acceptance protocol, a service summary and a RODO clause — as PDFs ready to print and sign.

Do you issue invoices?

Yes — we invoice workshops for using MotoX. Invoicing a workshop's own clients is not supported yet; it is planned.
